Opened in 2017 near the village of Árskógssandur, Bjorbodin is not just any spa - it lets guests bathe in beer! Bjorbodin has seven exclusive bathtubs, each accommodating two people. The beer bath experience is further enriched by the opportunity to sip a cold beer from the tap next to the hot tub. The owner of this spa also owns the Kaldi brewery in the nearby village of Dalvik, ensuring the supply of fresh beer.

The spa's beer mixture comprises young beer, water, hops, and yeast. Not only does it have a refreshing aroma, but it's also beneficial for the skin, thanks to the vitamin-rich content of the beer, especially Vitamin B.
